The Battle of the Windmill

This was the worst battle the men had fought and we had to work harder to fight. When the men came we were not shocked when they came back to fight again but more animals were killed. After the whole summers work to build the windmill it was destroyed because the men blew it up and everyone didn’t know what to and the next day we had a funeral for all the animals that passed away in the harsh battle of the windmill and then we declared that the name battle of the windmill would be the second rebellion.

The Rebellion

Old major had called a meeting and he said he was very old and that he would soon die because of old age but he gave words of wisdom and stated that animals get used to do work for humans and don’t even get fed right and that one day there will be a rebellion. After old major passed away this wasn’t long after he gave his speech Mr. Jones had lost a lawsuit and decided to get drunk and take his men which meant the animal didn’t get fed again and when they eventually got home they went home and didn’t feed the animals so they broke into the feed shed and Mr. Jones and his men came out with guns and we knew it was the rebellion the chickens and birds went first to try and get them go leave and it didn’t work and when the larger animals came out they took control but a sheep got shot and boxer came out and hit a man with his hoof and he went to the ground and pushed his gun out of the way and Mr. Jones and his men left and they declared it the first rebellion and the animals had won.

Awards and Good Deeds

Awards
The animals of animal farm decided to create a military decantation, “Animal hero, First class,” which consisted a brass medal, and “Animal hero, Second Class.” It takes a lot to win these titles and we have animals who have earned these awards. Snowball has won “Animal, Hero, First class” for being brave and leasing us through the battle of cow shed. Napoleon also got a brass medal for supporting everyone and for being our trustful leader. I, Boxer also award brass medal for bravery. Only one animal has been given the award of “Animal Hero, Second Class” and that was the sheep that died at the battle of cow shed. Everyone who won an award must wear the brass medal on Sundays and holidays. Congratulation on winning, remember to work harder and Napoleon is always right.

Good Deeds
Everyone animal on animal farm is following all the commandments and following Napoleon orders, but some animals have done some good deeds and should be recognized for it. Boxer is being recognized for working hard and pulling the heavy stuff up to the windmill, and for working at night when he could be resting, Clover for taking care of boxer while he was hurt. Our Beloved Leader Comrade Napoleon for getting rid of snowball when he was the enemy and no one knew about it. Another animal being recognized is Squealer for being there for boxer while he died and last but not least Old Major for getting the animals ready for the rebellion. Good jobs animals and keep the good deeds up. Moses

Business

The Windmill is Coming Along Great!!!

The windmill is coming along thanks to Boxer. Leader Comrade Napoleon he has been encouraging us all to try our hardest and telling us to always believe in him. Even though we have had a hard time with Snowball knocking it down during the storm and the time when Frederick and his men blew up the windmill. But we have over come all of this and the windmill is turning out great. We have enough rocks and supplies up at the windmill that we can finish it in a few days time. If we want it to be perfect though we need all the animals to help us, so come and join us to finish the windmill.
Long Live Leader Comrade Napoleon!

The Wonderful Trading Business

The trading business is coming along great; with the money we are bringing in we are buying food and helping pay for the windmill mechanics. Mr. Whymper is helping by the constant help of trading the hen’s eggs for money and food. Now that humans know we can take care of ourselves we are doing a much better job on the farm. We are getting more animals on the farm to help finish the work faster. We also have lots more food thanks to the trading and now we can have a better life with our comrades. Thank you for your support on trading with the humans.

Obituaries

Old Major was an extraordinarily intelligent pig, he was very influential. Everyone loved and respected him very much. Three nights before his death, he called a meeting in the barn to share his dream. His dream included the song “The Beasts of England”, which then started the idea of the rebellion. All the animals on the farm learned a lot from him that night; Old Major told them all everything he knew because he knew he wasn’t going to be there much longer, he passed on his knowledge. Old Major died peacefully in his sleep, and was buried at the foot of the orchard.

Nine hens died due to sacrifice, Napoleon made the hens surrender all there eggs and produce 400 eggs a week, the price of the eggs would pay for grain and farm supplies. When the hens heard this plan they created a horrible outcry, they threw there eggs down off the rafters so they would break into pieces. With the hens rebelling, Napoleon wouldn’t allow them to eat. The hens didn’t eat for five whole days and nine of them died from this outrage. All buried in the orchard, often told they died from coccidiosis.
